License

Prompt Control Plane is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). This is a source-available license that grants you broad rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, with two specific limitations:

• You may not provide the software as a hosted or managed service to third parties, where the service provides users with access to a substantial portion of the software's functionality.
• You may not remove, obscure, or circumvent any license key functionality or licensing mechanisms included in the software.

Outside of these two restrictions, you are free to use the software for any purpose, including commercial use within your organization.

Acceptable Use

Prompt Control Plane is designed for prompt quality scoring, policy enforcement, audit compliance, and structured prompt compilation. You may use it in development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the private cryptographic keys used to sign license keys. You agree not to generate, forge, or distribute unauthorized license keys.

Tiers

The Free tier includes 10 lifetime optimizations and access to all 19 tools. No account or payment information is required.

Paid tiers (Pro, Power, and Enterprise) are activated via Ed25519 license keys delivered after purchase. License keys are validated entirely offline — no license server, no network call, no account system. Payment terms and pricing are published separately on the pricing page.

License keys contain no personal information. They encode only the tier, issuance date, expiration date, and a unique license identifier.

No Warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

Termination

Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon first notice of a violation, you have a 30-day cure period to remedy the breach. If the violation is corrected within this period, your license is reinstated.

If the violation is not cured within 30 days, or if you commit the same violation a second time, your license terminates permanently. Termination of your license does not affect any sublicenses that were properly granted before termination.
